Before you register, please read thru this information:
1. Entries will only be accepted on the official Entry Form and a
separate form
must be used for each unit. These are all digital.
2. All deadlines for contest entries will be strictly enforced. CGN, the
showsponsor, will decide on acceptance of late entries.
3. All classes, except local classes, will be judged according to WGI
Rules and Score
Sheets as defined by the current WGI Adjudication Manual & Rule Book.

4. Local classes will be judged to the CGN manual.
5. Appearance order will be determined by the date payment is received.
First
payment received will perform last in prelims in their class. The
earlier
payment received the later the unit will perform in prelims. WGI Premium
members have right of way and will go on before any other registrant.
6. Units will receive an invoice immediately after the Registration Form
is
received. Entry fee per unit is € 55,00. If you wish to pay by paypal,
please contact m.remers@colorguard.org.
7. All entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. If you send
in
a registration form and then cannot attend your entry fee will be
forfeited by
way of a withdrawal fee. Registration is final. Even if you register and
withdraw before receiving the invoice, you will have to pay.
8. Each unit must be prepared to show proof of age of each performing
member
at any WGI event. Scholastic units must also be able to show proof of
scholastic eligibility. School ID or Yearbook is acceptable. Only
students
attending that school may perform with a scholastic unit. There will be
no
exceptions and the penalty is immediate disqualification.
9. Any unit entering a scholastic class must have a current letter on
file from the
school principal on school stationery stating that all members are full
time
students at said school.
10. Units attending the WGI European Regional will receive passes for
all unit
members plus 10 staff passes. No other passes will be valid.
11. Further details will be issued upon successful completion of
registration.
12. Units that are WGI Premium Members should notify CGN in time
(info@colorguard.org) so we
can make sure they get the privileges they paid for.
13. Starting October 8 we will publish a list of competitors. If you are
registered your name will appear on the list. You might end-up on the
waitinglist. If we cannot place you in the contest we will refund your
registrationfee.

Maximum number of entries:
Total of 50. It doesn't matter if you are a Percussion or Color
Guard unit. So you must register in time.

Prelims & Finals:
- Local classes have finals only.
- Percussion prelims & finals only if a total number op 15 Percussion
units is registered
- All other classes prelims & finals. |
